These wage rates only apply to Constitutional Corporations, E.g. Companies with Pty Ltd or Employers in Northern Territory and ACT (Preserved).

On July 8, 2008, the Australian Fair Pay Commission handed down an increase of $21.66 per week for (Constitutional Corporations) in the Standard Federal minimum wage for stablehands that resulted in New Employee Wage Rates effective to apply from October 1, 2008.
