These wage rates only apply to Employers operating as Sole Traders or Partnerships (Transitional).

On July 8, 2008, the Australian Fair Pay Commission handed down an increase of $21.70 per week for (Sole Traders or Partnerships) in the Standard Federal minimum wage for stablehands that resulted in New Employee Wage Rates effective to apply from October 1, 2008.
