7.         PARTIES BOUND

This award is binding upon:

7.1       the Australian Workers’ Union, its officers and members; and

7.2       the Australian Trainers Association and its members and employers who have some business activity in the horse training industry and employ a member of the Association for the purpose of admission to that industry, and upon employers and trainers named in the schedule hereto as to their employees, whether members of the union of not, engaged in any of the areas of work or skills set out in the classifications in this award.

7.3       Provided that this award shall not apply to apprentice jockeys otherwise than as prescribed in clauses 4 - Definitions and 13.2 – Wage rates – junior employees, of this award.
