At a recent Racing Victoria Integrity Sub-Committee Meeting, it was proposed to introduce a policy where horses are required to be on course three (3) hours prior to their respective races for ALL Saturday and public holiday race meetings held in the metropolitan area.
This is exclusive of races one and two which will remain at two hours.
It would be appreciated if you could provide your thoughts on this proposal at your earliest convenience so that the ATA can respond to Racing Victoria accordingly.
