A meeting of the ATA Federal Executives has been scheduled for Monday 11 August to review the Rules of the Australian Trainer’s Association.
CLICK HERE to view a copy of the Rules of the Australian Trainer’s Association, with tracked changes which have been suggested following a review of the Rules by ATA Solicitors and the Fair Work Commission.
These changes were necessary as a result of Fair Work Australia’s amendments to Rules pertaining to Organisations.
Members are invited to review the Rules and provide any feedback in writing to ata@austrainers.com.au by no later than Wednesday 6 August, for consideration by the Federal Executives at its meeting on Monday 11 August.
