The Australian Trainers’ Association (ATA) have recently engaged legal representatives to research and revise the ATA Terms and Conditions of Training, with particular emphasis on any changes in the law and specifically, those brought about by the Personal Property Securities Act 2009.

The ATA recommends that Members utilise these when sending their accounts to their Owners. The Terms and Conditions should be provided with your accounts information, eg Tax Invoices, Statements and Reminder Notices.
The ATA understands that owner debt issues can have a major impact on Trainers’ businesses, so we therefore strongly recommend the use of professional accounts and documentation which can only assist in this area.
