Following discussion between the Australian Trainers' Association and Racing Victoria Limited, it was agreed that a trial of half price scratching fees for horses withdrawn prior to 4pm the day before would apply for ALL Victorian racemeetings from February 1, 2011 until the end of the 2010-11 racing season in July.
