RISA Service Centre Hours of Operation
RISA recognises and understands that the Thoroughbred Racing Industry is a 365 day of the year 24 hours per day operation.
(1) The RISA Service Centre standard hours of operation are 7am - 5pm (AEST) Monday-Friday and 6:30am - 10am (AEST) Weekends & National Public holidays
(2) Between 10am - 3pm (AEST) Weekends & National Public Holidays RISA provides Steward contact services and other support services for industry functions RISA performs.
(3) Outside standard hours of operation RISA adjusts based on the programming requirements of PRA’s when setting the closing date and time of race meetings.
(4) Closed Christmas Day & Good Friday (RISA provides Emergency Support for Stewards and other support services for industry functions RISA performs).
Note (A) Scratchings lodged via Stable Assist for Group 1 races and all races in the Northern Territory require the approval of the Stewards. For scratchings lodged outside the standard hours of operation for the RISA Service Centre scratchings once approved by Stewards will be updated including Christmas Day & Good Friday
Note (B) All other services are supported via racing and technical experts with a range of support services available 365 days 24/7. In other areas of the RSIA business, RISA will have members of our team working to deliver services up until the last race 363 days of the year.
