Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once ATA has accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
In respect of membership, ATA practice is to issue letters or notices or reminder notices for joining or rejoining or renewal prior to the commencement of the membership/racing season (August 1st). Thereafter commencement reminder notices or special offers may be issued and also a termination notice to members' that have not renewed. To cancel a membership during its term, you must notify ATA in writing but any refunds (partial or full) will be subject to any terms & conditions of the membership offer and at the discretion of ATA for any unused portion of the membership.
